As you identify the materials you enjoy, we make sure our samples are current. The process can move as slowly or quickly as you need.
While we work together, we provide accurate information about material costs and availability. Our proposals are itemized to the smallest detail. There are no surprises when the time comes to place your order.
If you don't have an installer, we can refer you to one or more qualified firms. And then meet with them to review your project to insure you receive an accurate estimate. And ultimately the highest quality installation. If you have engaged a builder and installer, we provide the same level of support.
Lastly, we stay involved to see your project through to a successful conclusion. We are available to our clients during and after business hours. We know the world does not stop at 5 PM or on Friday.
